Delivery cost is charged on the weight of the combined final order and the area of delivery.

If your order contains various item sizes, only one delivery charge will be applied for the weight of the entire order.

Outlying areas: We will create a custom delivery quote based on your order and location. We shall update your cart with this custom delivery cost and email it to you to enable you to proceed to checkout and make payment.

You have TWO different payment options to pay for your Vmart order online:

You can pay for your online order using your Credit or Debit Card.

You can pay for your online order using MPESA.

Your order (if all is in stock) will normally be delivered to your door within 1-2 (depending on delivery address) working days after payment is received and confirmed, you will be notified if there are any delays.

Small Parcel items will be delivered to you via a rider parcel service. Small & medium items for intercity orders will be delivered by a 9am to 5pm. Large items are delivered via our own delivery vehicles or logistics partners.You will receive a telephone call to arrange a suitable delivery date and choose the most appropriate means of delivery.
